Reservations
Your reservation indicates acceptance of our policies as stated below:
Our online reservation system is in real time. Our calendar reflecs a real time availability.
Our liability insurance dictates the following terms/conditions:
No smoking in the dwellings or on the grounds.
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate children.
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate pets.
A two-night minimum is required.
If you choose to ignore our policy, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
Invoicing
After collecting your credit card information into our reservation system and confirming your reservation, your credit card will be charged..
State and County Governments require the collection of 13% occupancy tax.
Cancellation
Cancellation of the reserved date(s) results in a non-refundable lodging fee.
If we are able to re-book the accommodation you will be charged a $100 booking fee and your lodging fee will be refunded.
It is extremely difficult and highly unlikely we will be able to rebook should you cancel after we have held the date for you while turning others away.
Cancellations impact our business greatly due to our small size and location.
Please reserve carefully and know that we sincerely appreciate your business.
